Can I get a refund?

Yes! We do provide refunds in most cases, however, there are times where we cannot. Our refund policy changes depending on what you signed up for. Read on!

LEAGUES:

When we provide refunds:

  • If a league is canceled: If a league is canceled due to lack of participants we will offer you a full refund.
  • When we have to evaluate refunds on a case by case basis:
    • Any other time a refund is requested

When we have to evaluate refunds on a case by case basis:

  • Any time after the registration deadline.

ADVENTURE TRIPS:

When we provide refunds:

  • For all local and New England trips, as long as we receive your refund request one month prior to the trip we will refund you 100%.
  • For all trips requiring air fare, please refer to that specific event page for a schedule of refunds.
  • 30 – 15 days from the trip: 50% refund
  • 15 – 0 days from the trip: no refunds

*NOTE: SBS always allows you to transfer your ticket or spot to someone else if you can no longer come. Please email us and we will work with you to make it as easy and seamless as possible.

SINGLE DAY EVENTS:

  • 30 – 15 days from the event: 50% refund
  • 15 – 0 days from the event: no refunds

All refunds are refunded back to the purchasing card. Please allow between 24-72 hours (depending on your bank) for your refund to process to your statement.
